Release v0.45 is out! ⚡️

🚀 Highlights

- Completely redesigned SDK APIs

Using the Kotlin bindings? Starting with v0.45, packages are published under `org.nostrdevkit` instead of `org.rust-nostr`.

Using the JavaScript bindings? Starting with v0.45, use the new environment-specific packages for Web, Node.js and React Native under `@nostrdevkit` instead of `@rust-nostr`.
