Removal & Moderation Procedure

nostr-jump operates on a strict allowlist-first model, paired with secondary keyword, hashtag, and NIP-36 content-warning filters:

  • Flagged Content: Events or profiles matching sensitive tags, keywords, or NIP-36 content-warning markers are automatically marked with noindex, nofollow, noarchive, excluded from social unfurl previews (OpenGraph, SVG cards, oEmbed, RSS, and sitemaps), and placed behind a click-through interstitial.
  • Emergency Blocklist Removal: Reported pubkeys or event IDs that violate gateway policy are added to the admin KV blocklist (blocklist:pubkeys / blocklist:events) or environment blocklist (BLOCKED_PUBKEYS / BLOCKED_EVENT_IDS), which immediately overrides the allowlist and returns 404 Not Found within 5 minutes across all edge locations.
